Support?

Have had no luck in getting the premium version to work and I know it’s our fault as somehow we cannot get the plugin configured correctly. We have completed support tickets three times and still no help.
We are trying to move a Joomla version of jreviews to a new install on wordpress and purchased the premium version and the jreviews addon.
I read positive reviews on the support before purchasing, but the support is not responding as other have touted.
I’ve sent support our log files too to make it easier and still “crickets”.
I would rather have some help than write a negative review, but its been months and now remedy in site and no support.
