    I’m having this exact problem, and was just pulling my hair out over their appalling lack of support, with every single avenue for help being redirected back to some kind of purchase of a premium product or contract. The plugin forces you to acknowledge that you’ve read this forum before you can submit a support request through the admin panel, and yet they never answer any questions in here. What is going on with this company?

    I was about to suck it up and pay the $25 to get this question answered, but if they aren’t even going to respond to a paying customer, then I’ll just abandon the plugin.

    No response. Don’t pay the $25.

    I have paid for the full version to get support, and it has been ignored for a year.

    That is appalling.

    YAY! I fixed it.

    Under Notification Settings for your form, make sure you have Reply-to submitted address deselected.

    Worked for me.
