• I had initially rated this plugin with one star because it was no longer compatible with the AVADA theme after an update. Now I change my rating to 5 stars because the developer tried very hard to fix the problem, and it is now finally fixed.

    I’d say the lowest drawer is you accusing us of something we haven’t even done.

    To be honest, I don’t even think that I, as a plugin owner, can close support threads, as all I can do is set them to “Resolve”. Since your ticket has no green flag, I guess that it was closed by a moderator (which may be the case if someone offered a license).

    Next time instead of rating our plugin with one star before confirming with us if that’s actually our fault, better just to open another ticket or reach out to us directly through our website.

    We still offer our product completely for free, and we don’t capitalize on that. The least we can expect from our users is to respect that.
