    Thanks for reaching out. I believe we received your request via the support channel and we’ve replied to it.
    You can drop us a note by replying to the email in which the license is provided, drop us a note via the plugin in Performance>Support, or via the contact form on the website.
    The invoice was sent to the email address used to subscribe with W3 Total Cache Pro.
