Support and Usability more than bad

The plugin is very complex and the documentation is related to that very poor. Even as wordpress professional I had a lot of questions, but they couldnt answer it.
Either it was because it was free plugin or it was because it was paid plugin, which was included in the workscout theme I bought.
So either way – they were not willing to give support and wasted time to write and explain me terms and conditions instead of just saying “look into file xyz.php, there you could find it”.

That is not state of the art in 2022 and I will never use those plugins to create a website for customers.
