Support availability during holidays 2022

    As we enter the final few weeks of the year, we wanted to share a reminder that Performance Lab support is not available on weekends, which will continue to be the case during the holiday period. This means that we will not reply to support topics on the following days/dates:

    • Saturday, 24 December 2022
    • Sunday, 25 December 2022
    • Saturday, 31 December 2022
    • Sunday, 1 December 2023

    On all other days/dates during the holiday period, we will follow up on Performance Lab support topics as usual. We aim to reply to new topics within 24 hours of posting and follow-up replies on topics within 48 hours of posting.
