Support could be better

Gamipress is significantly better than BadgeOS which i had used for about a year before making the switch

My first impressions of Gamipress weren’t helped by the fact it took more than 10 days to solve an addon issue and in which time i was accused of spamming the support staff.

Things have improved a little but i get the feeling that the support is overstretched as it can take 2-3 days to solve a problem. I compare the support to the likes of Peepso and Uncanny automator who work continuously until a resolution is found whereas Gamipress might only respond to one email a day which can be very frustrating.

The sheer volume of addons and the dedication of the Ruben and Fransisco is really what makes Gamipress stand out, i can’t help but feel like their should be a little more support, especially when you buy a 5 year gold all access pass.
