    Hello,
I really like Trusona! Very glad that you offer this for free!!!

Is there a possibility to add the Trusona login button to a custom login page?

I need to design a custom login page and would really appreciate being able to insert the Trusona login button there.

Maybe via a shortcode or directly with the php code?

    Thanks!

    Hi @sebastianalbert,

Currently the Trusona – WordPress plugin acts like an Open ID Connect (OIDC) integration. There is no plug-and-play solution or short-codes for the use case you requested, but you can implement it using one of these options –

    (1) Implement a generic OIDC integration, or
    (2) Use our SDKs to build your own custom solution.

Also note that these above integration solutions are not free like the standard WordPress plugin and will require paid Trusona licenses. Please contact us at [email protected], if you’d like to pursue this further.

    thanks,
    -Manny

    Thanks for your answer!
Maybe you could think about adding a short-code compatibly later on. It would be great to just be able to paste [trusona-login] on any page and have the login option there.
Super fancy would be the option to include [trusona-login redirect=”pageslug”]
Which would tell trusona to redirect to a specific page after the login was successful.

    Thanks

Is this plugin compatible with WP 6.0. My Site is running on WP 6.0
I have installed the Plugin, downloaded and install the App
When I tried to login into website, nothing happened but logs me in with the usual username and password. There was no sign of Trusona login prompt. What must I do to activate this? I am using buddyboss theme and login page

Hello @spakwichek – the plugin is supported on WP 6.0 but not with a custom login page. (We are yet to put out a release confirming WP6 support.)

Will you confirm if the buddyboss theme that you mention uses the default login page or a custom page?

    Hi all – @msharma266 @hauz

Could you advise if there is any update on the shortcode functionality? Is this something that is being actively developed, to support custom login pages?

    Thanks, Dan

Hello @trcdank, at the moment, shortcode functionality is not available with the Trusona WP plugin.

It is possible that we will provide the ability in a future version, but that is not under active development at this time.

Great – thanks for the update @hauz ??????
