    We have bought the whole bundle since a couple of months, and found some important issues that have to be fixed asap.
    We have sent the request to support more than 2 weeks ago, but nothing has been still fixed.
    And now we have 20 bugged sites and many unsatisfied customers…..
    I have sent many further requests to be updated on fixing process state, but no reply at all.

    When the issues are reported, our development team starts working on it. Since the development team is working on a number of issues sometimes it takes a little more time than expected to release an update for the plugin.

    After the completion of the issue fixes, we have to do in-depth testing which takes some more time. We hope you understand our situation.
