Support Display Widgets

Adding the following code (copied from display_widget() in core) before the_widget() is called in do_widget() of the plugin does the job.

$instance = apply_filters( 'widget_display_callback', $instance );
if ( false === $instance ) {
	return;
}

(My impression is that the right solution is for this to be in core somewhere when the_widget() is called.)
