Support does not exist

  • I have been going back and forth with support about a simple issue they disregard and fail to correct. Getting support takes days for each response.

    The plugin slows down the site immensely, while it does get better if you disable some widgets.. it is still bloated.

    The plugin has a lot of cool features but the slow speed and lack of support bring the rating down to 1/5. You can get the same features from other add on plugins with significantly better support options and better code as a whole.

    EDIT 2022/10/14 – the issues just keep getting worse.

    The support is garbage and just tells you the issue doesn’t occur on their end, offers no input otherwise and no assistance.

    Save yourself some money and go with a better plugin.
