• We asked for help in a demo site using the free version but support took 15 days to reply and after they did they suggest us to hire a developer. Maybe they take care better the paying customers.

    Hello, I am really sorry to hear that you had such an experience with our support. It is true that we give priority to our premium clients but we also give our best to help users of the free version of Tickera and we want to make this right. I tried to find your support ticket but without any luck. Having said that, could you please give us the support ticket ID or any other kind of reference so I can check what went wrong?
