Support doesn’t exist

Bought a licence version and had two issues so far. Contacting support is old school. Where is the support ticket system, or a generic contact form on their site? I don’t even get a correspondence that they have received my email.
To say they have a form builder they definitely don’t utilise their own tools well.
I am reluctant to keep this form builder if support is non-supportive. I wouldn’t mind but they don’t have much documentation to help with simple issues.
Edit: Support is improving. Seen a form now on their website. They are replying to my emails much quicker than before.
