I made a test feed that turns back an error on one product and the only weird thing i can see right now is that it’s using “?” from the Norwegian language. So I’am wondering if this is a known issue or has an easy solution?

    Hi Andre95,

Not sure what happend there. We sure do not use Norwegian language in the plugin.
Could you share your product feed url with us so we can have a look?

Please also share at what product we should look at in the feed. Share an id, title or gtin number of the affected product.

    Best regards, Auke.

I think i worded that a bit wrong, in the description of the product the letter “?” is used since it is written in Norwegian. Personally i couldn’t see anything else wrong right away and it wouldn’t be the first time ??? caused problems for anyone with computers.

    Yes i understand.
You should use Unicode for those kind of characters.

We do encapsulated the title and other text fields in CDATA but that is not enough to solve the encoding issue.
