Support for AMP

We are enabling AMP pages for our website.
For the directory page https://programsfortroubledteens.com/directory when we enable AMP we are getting 404 error.
For e.g. https://programsfortroubledteens.com/directory/amp/
generates 404 error. We have disable the AMP version for this page for now.The amp plugin that we are using is AMP for WP
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/accelerated-mobile-pages/Please let us know how we can enable AMP version of the directory page.
