Support for Aus Post 1KG satchels

Until now, I wasn’t aware that these even existed (That’s OK though, there are lots of thing on the planet that I don’t know exist) <smiles>

Seriously though, I’ve just checked the austpost website

I’m only seeing these listed as express (not standard/regular), and only available in lots of 10. Is this correct (based on what you know)?

I don’t know if the timing here is coincidental, but I’m about to start updating our data tables for the new prices that come into effect early next week (Unlike austPost, we try to push the new prices out in the weekend the increases take place, rather than on the day, so that orders placed over the weekends aren’t underquoted). Anyway, I’ll be sure to add the 1kg express … but without having a price for the 1kg std there won’t be much I can do there (other than adding as a non-functional option until the costs are known).

yeah, you’re right. They only have the 1Kgs in Express Post variant

I’ll be pushing out the Australia Post Oct 3rd price increases on Friday (To cover quotes placed on orders over the weekend) – I will update the ozpost module with the 1kg satchel support at around the same time.
