Is “Really Simple SSL” fully checked out on AWS when connecting the certificate through their application load balancer? When I attempt to activate, it says it can’t find the certificate. When I hit “reload over https”, it seems to activate, but the resulting page does not display most of the content (presumably mix http/s issue). Same when I redirect to the login page and re-login over https. If so, am i missing a step? Thanks in advance?

    Hi,

Really Simple SSL will also work with AWS. The site needs to be loaded over https:// before the plugin can detect the certificate. What does the page look like after activation? Does it load over https:// but missing styling/images etc? That is usually an indication of mixed content. In these cases clearing the cache often helps.

If you do experience other issues or cannot get the site to load properly after clearing the cache you can send us temporary WordPress and FTP credentials via https://really-simple-ssl.com/support/ so we can look into what is exactly causing this.

Problem is exactly as you described. But still occurring after clearing cache. I’ll send requested info. Thanks!
