Support for “Back To Top” link?

    Hi there, any chance there will be a “back to top” option added through the plugin?

    I’m trying to create one manually right now using a text link “back to top” and targeting the div #ez-toc-container, but it seems to prevent the table of contents from displaying at all.

    If you have an alternative solution that plays nicely w/ the plugin, let me know!
