    Hi!

    This seems to be a bug with the ‘Order fields alphabetically’ checkbox.

    When it’s unchecked, the values appear in the correct place. The fields in the version with the box checked don’t show the values in the right columns, they come up as un-named columns at the end of each row.

    It is working for me with the plugin!

    Sorry for the delay checking this.

    Which is the problem? If you export checking the alphabetically order, it fails exporting with serialized data?

    Hi Javier,

    Yes, except maybe in only fails alphabetically with the last set of serialized data (the others all showed up okay).

    Username,Email,Serialized-Header-1,Serialized-Header-2,(empty-header),(empty-header)
    sampleuser,[email protected],(no-value),(no-value),1-Serialized-Data-1,1-Serialized-Data-2
    sampleuser2,[email protected],(no-value),(no-value),2-Serialized-Data-1,2-Serialized-Data-2

    They show up in the wrong columns, and maybe that example csv snippet can make clear.

    Thank you!

    @chenryahts,

    I have just checked it. This is strange, when fputcsv do the work, do the same but it seems that if you have in two adjacent columns some kind of serialized value it breaks when opening with LibreOffice or Excel.

    I have included a new option to fix it: “Serialized values sometimes can have problems being displayed in Microsoft Excel or LibreOffice, we can double encapsulate this kind of data but you would not be able to import this data beucase instead of serialized data it would be managed as strings”

    It was broken in the CSV before I opened it in Excel, so Excel shouldn’t have done anything to it yet.

    And, at least for me, the workaround of not alphabetizing columns worked well, and didn’t affect the import/export functionality.

    Thanks for your troubleshooting! Its a great plugin!

    @chenryahts,

    Thanks to you! This is really strange… it seems that fputcsv have problems when two serialized values with some kind of characters appears together.

    Thanks for reporting and for using this plugin!
