Support for comments?

    In version 1.2.0 I have added a way to link to the glossary term page and have added comment support.

    Thanks, that’s great! I think you’ve got a lock on the perfect minimum necessary functionality for a glossary plugin now. All the alternatives I’ve seen appear incredibly overbuilt and bloated.
