Support for Custom Post Type Archives

Thanks for the awesome and rock-solid plugin. I was wondering if you have considered / would consider adding support for custom post type archives. My sites are increasingly using CPTs and its awesome that the plugin supports CPT posts but not their archives.

For example, if you have a website of books and movies and CPTs with archives for each i.e. /books/ and /movies/ the plugin will not currently include those archives even though they are potentially very important.

Essentially you could just check if a post type ‘has_archive’ (and optionally get the archive slug / rewrite) and if so include it in the sitemap.

In the meantime manually adding the pages works great, but just a thought.
