Support for custom post types

Hi Anders,

I’m working on a podcast project which I would like to use my current site for. For that I’m using the Podlove Podcast Publisher, a plugin, which is actively supported and developed. It uses a custom post type (episode) and unfortunately this breaks with the Rowling theme as you can see here: https://jonas-schoenfelder.de/2018/test/

There is too little space above and under the top image, too little space between the post text and the suggestions on the left, the author box is too wide and – most importantly – the web player is not displayed.

As far as I know the plugin doesn’t break anything if custom post types are supported (in my opinion they should behave like blog posts in cases of design etc.). I would be very happy if you could look into this and support cpt with your theme.
