Support for hide notifications from themes

Hi, i run around 10 wordpress and another 2 couple of non-wordpress sites. sometimes i use 3rd party themes. If there is a update or some times it shows annoying notification. with your plugin i was able to hide them from plugins and if we have support for themes it will be great.
