Support for multi-analytics and tag manager

  • The plugin dispatch custom events for an global analytics instance ga("send", "event", "Contact Form", "Sent", "Form ID"), but doesn’t support named analytics instances (ga("gtm1.send", "event", "Contact Form", "Sent", "Form ID 66")).

    This would affect when using some external tools for inserting analytics (Google Tag Manager) or when using more than 1 analytics (never happens).

    Would be nice to add support for named analytics (and maybe some special support for tag manager, that name it’s analytics as gtm1)
