    Hello,
Could you explain a bit more about the requirement? Are you using any third-party plugins for user role creation? We shall be able to help you better if you can share the business case using multiple user roles. And The premium version of the plugin has support for multiple roles and multiple users.

    Thanks

If OP means what I think they mean, this plugin does not support multiple roles.

I found this post because I’ve run into a problem where only one role is considered when calculating discounts. If a user has two or more roles, and one of those roles does not qualify for a discount, no discount will be applied even if the user also has a role that does qualify for a discount.

For example, if I have a “enrolled” role for customers who have made any purchase, and a “discount15” role for customers that receive a 15% discount, once that customer has made any purchase, they no longer get the discount.

If I make an extra set of discounts that offers it to both roles (or all roles a user might have) the discount is applied. But, that’s not feasible, as the list of needed discounts configuration rules grows exponentially with number of roles a user might have.

    Hello,

We have released a new version 1.2.1 with the support for multiple user roles for price adjustment. Please update the plugin and let us know the feedback.

    Thanks
