Support for paid version

A client has purchased the paid version of the plugin for their site and we’ve got an issue with zero cost bookings not processing properly. This appears to be a bug rather than a config issue. I opened a support ticket yesterday with reference 1776 but have not received a response.
This issue is stopping the site going live, please respond urgently.
