    A client has purchased the paid version of the plugin for their site and we’ve got an issue with zero cost bookings not processing properly. This appears to be a bug rather than a config issue. I opened a support ticket yesterday with reference 1776 but have not received a response.

    This issue is stopping the site going live, please respond urgently.

    @fcswebsites, BTW: you have opened your ticket 48 hours ago. Your ticket was Posted on: 11/07/2017 12:09 and you’ve got a first reply on: 11/08/2017 15:26.

    I’m sure that the guy that is taking care of your issue will get back to you. 24-48 hours for a resolution is a common time on the industry.

    @fcswebsites, there is an IP blocker, please update your ticket once you have removed the IP blocker script so we can run our tests.

    to date I have not yet been answered!
