Support for Pro Version

I purchased and tried the pro version of this plugin and it failed to send out all of the emails to the total users. Of the 215 users I wanted to help reset their password with instructions, only 40 of the emails went out. I was using WPSMTP to help keep the emails clean. Also, it took me hours playing around with the plugin trying to customize an email for the users. MASS Users Password Reset Pro simply did not want to save the email template. To bad this was complete fail, as there does not seem to be a plugin that works in all of the WordPress arena.

I can’t get a refund because it’s been 2 months since my purchase, but I am happy to transfer my license to anyone that wants it if that is okay with the authors.
