Support for QuickEdit

We have a lot of old posts that need to be changed to a guest author. Is it possible to implement QuickEdit support so we don’t have to go into each post and change it manually? On top of that it would be really helpful if we just had to add a guest author profile once and could use that one for multiple posts instead of manually typing in the infos for each post.
