    This is recently requested on GitHub without much response so far:
    https://github.com/pods-framework/pods/issues/5868

    Our current priorities is getting Pods 2.8 ready a.s.a.p. and full support for a Maps field.

    Thanks for the reply Jory. Understood. I had a comment to the github issue to explain why it could important in the future, if/when headless wordpress becomes more common.

    Sure thing! I’m confident that Pods will grow with it if needed but for now you’ll have to create your own addon. We have a list of features that many users are waiting for and do our best to release those as fast as we can.
