Support for x-robots-tag?

I’m missing some option for the x-robots-tag noindex/nofollow.
In my opinion this is very important for SEO.
Are there any plans for this feature?Best regards,

For example that the redirect header contains an “x-robots-tag: noindex, nofollow” in case the options (checkbox?) are set.
The Plugin Pretty Link have implemented such a feature:
