    Hi.

    We have a product for Pre-Order (with stock set to 0), and we use the free version of the YITH Pre-Order for WooCommerce plugin.

    All payment methods work fine. But Klarna doesn’t.

    When a customer places a Pre-Order for this product, there is no record of the order in Klarna and in WooCommerce, the order is marked as “Pending Payment”.

    Will the payment be taken and the order added to Klarna when the Pre-Order status for the product is removed and it is in stock?

    Or will payment never occur, and the order will not appear in Klarna?
