    Any product can have a problem, and the quality of the support speaks just as loud as the product itself.
    I had a problem, I sent an email about it, it was worked on, they found an issue with a setting on my host server, even had suggestions on how they could identify the problem and fix it.
    In the end, they got it right, a solution was applied, and all is well.
    Great support = Happy customers!!!
