Support from 10 Web

  • Hello,

    I am using Web-Dorado products from quite some times. Their support was excellent till the company was Web-dorado and people like Kima and Edita were handling customer support.
    But after 10 Web took over, the customer support has deteriorated. I had already purchased their theme bundle and purchased Form Maker some few days back. My forms are not getting submitted, the user does not get the option to close in case of popup forms, in fact no form is getting submitted including the built-in theme forms. Some Suzie is now my support person and she is not bothered to even reply to my mails. I must have written a number of mails regarding my problem but sorry to say that there is no response from 10 Web side.
    I don’t understand why they shifted people like Kima and Edita and added the persons who are only interested in sales and not support.
    So if any of you is interested in buying their products, please be careful about the support.
