Support from Icegram

    I am considering upgrading my use of Icegram but picked up a bug – I can’t add more than a single popup to my website. When I do, the program copies the text from one popup to another.

    The plugin is on a site in a WordPress multisite BTW.

    Is there tech support available on Icegram? I tried sending a message on their site but no luck.

    Hi @fwade,

    It is indeed possible to add two separate popups on the same site. Could you tell us how are you creating the two popups?

    Are you using the same message for both campaigns?
    If yes, that is why the content is reflected in the other one as well. We would suggest you to duplicate the message or create a new one from Icegram > Messages and use two separate messages individually.
