• I downloaded Infinite Uploads and started using it in the free trial period. Then I paid and was continuing to use it. Shortly after I bought the first year, it started breaking my WP site built with Elementor.

    So I contacted support. After 2 days I finally got a reply telling me to check the caching in Elementor.

    After that I replied with info and waited two more days with no response from support.

    So then I reached out again, but support seems to be nowhere to be found.

    I would not recommend paying for this plugin with the support I have not received when a problem developed.

    Sorry again for the delay in getting this issue fixed for you. I’m a one-person part-time business keeping this running and the delay was over a weekend and while I was on vacation with my family overseas so definitely not normal! I hope you will reconsider your rating as i’ve resolved your issue for now and working to improve it for others. These rating have a huge impact on the success and my ability to support the continued development of Infinite Uploads!
