Support – Has anyone actually gotten any responses?

  • Has anyone actually gotten any response when submitting a support inquiry? Even for those who paid for the pro version? There is ZERO communication from this plugin developer and it is beyond frustrating.

    Apologize for the delay. We haven’t maintain this plugin for long.
    Now we are back and checking all comments, and also making some improvements on plugin.’
    By this week onwards, we will be in track again.
