    Hi there,

    I have had your plugin on two of my wordpress sites for nearly two years now and have found your support to be amazing via your website. But for some reason recently I have been told that I am no longer able to get this support as my subscription is expired- I have not had a subscription this whole time as it is a free plugin. How do I get help no on the bugs and errors that occur?

    Yes, you can get the support for the free plugin here. A lot of users who are using our free plugin are getting support from here. But we need to maintain these guidelines – Forum Guidelines – www.ads-software.com Forums
    We cannot also provide any site-specific support as it’s not safe and permissible to share the account credential and other secret information here and it is a public forum.

    You can ask about the common bugs and issues that can be found on all websites using our plugins. Custom requests and Site-specific issues are not allowed here.
