• I cannot get this plugin to save any edits. I enter them, press save, and when I go back into the page, the edits are all wiped out. I noticed this after I edited about 20 individual web pages.

    I contacted their support (this is a paid version), and the usual request was recommended of telling me to disable plugins, change themes etc., and the issue still exists. This is a new installation of WordPress and Elementor.

    After their initial reply, they completely stopped responding. I cannot seem to get any assistance trying to correct the issue. It’s very frustrating because I use this plugin on multiple sites, and this is the first site I’ve had issues with.

    Though I’ve enjoyed working with this plugin and went so far to purchase it and use it on many websites, I now have to look for another one that actually provides support should I run into an issue. Any suggestions on another plugin that will suffice?

    There are console errors, even when I turn everything off and change the theme. It simply will not save.

    As mentioned in my reply, I never received the email you mentioned. I requested it to be re-sent so I could respond, and I hadn’t heard back. Please resend the response you said was sent on Feb 6th (I received every prior reply but not that one) so I can respond and get this fixed. Thank you.
