    When I first wrote this review, it was negative. Indeed, we paid for some specific features and got no replies to our emails for 2 months.

    It turned out our emails were in spam and weren’t read by support. Once this (big) issue was fixed, the customization of our plugin went smoothly, with regular feed backs from Xootix, and clear documentation on how to set up some parameters.

    May I suggest one thing to improve, in order to avoid that kind of situation : when a customer paid for some customization, take the initiative to reach out again and again to check for news. Or check your spam mail box.

    Except for that, I would have put a 5 stars rating

    Actually all of your mails are marked as spam ( potentially unsafe content ) by outlook.

    It’s been one week, and, again, no news from you : no reply to my last email, no reply to our comment here. Given the situation, where presumably all this situation would be a “genuine loss of communication”, that’s quite surprising from you. I’ve expected things would have gone smoother now that you are aware of our problem.

    => Please, can you check my last email so that you can read how to upload your mods on our staging website ?

    => Without any reply from you by end of the week, I gently ask you to proceed to a total refund.
