Good plugin and good support, once communication is established

When I first wrote this review, it was negative. Indeed, we paid for some specific features and got no replies to our emails for 2 months.
It turned out our emails were in spam and weren’t read by support. Once this (big) issue was fixed, the customization of our plugin went smoothly, with regular feed backs from Xootix, and clear documentation on how to set up some parameters.
May I suggest one thing to improve, in order to avoid that kind of situation : when a customer paid for some customization, take the initiative to reach out again and again to check for news. Or check your spam mail box.
Except for that, I would have put a 5 stars rating
