Support is good, but Couldn’t Get the Plugin to Work

Support is good and helpful, but the plugin did not work for local pickup discount or other conditional discounts I was using it for (PRO VERSION). While support did go above and beyond to try to fix it, if it doesn’t work it’s USELESS to me. I’d give them a two stars, but they really did try to make it work (until we got to the end where they fizzled out an blamed our tax plugin. I HAVE to pay taxes, but I Don’t Have to give discounts, so this plugin loses the plugin war).
