Support is great

OK, when I updated the plugin the welcome screen (to explain what to do) didn’t show up for me. I came to this forum support site and found I needed to migrate. Not a big deal.

I did end up with a popup/password malfunction on my downloads. But Shaon was able to fix the problem on my site itself. Now it works PERFECTLY.

I have always loved this plugin as it gives me the security for downloads that I need. And I really appreciate the speedy help and support that many other plugins do not give.
