These category of products normally don’t work right off the box – there are too many variables – infrastructure, utility products, OS etc. So, it is great to know that PDA’s Support Team is keyed-in and very attentive to support requests. I made a rookie mistake and could not get the expected protection. Their support appears to be 24×7 (felt like it, even over the weekend) and engaged! Their comm. clarity helped me fix the mistake and once corrected, PDA protection just worked! Here’s 5-stars for the product+support. Thanks.
