    The plugin is OK. I have experienced a lot of bugs with it, but for its price, it’s an OK plugin.

    BUT! If you are thinking about purchasing the Pro version, beware before making that decision… If customer support is important for you (which it should), take your time to evaluate your options.

    Sometimes they take an extremely long to reply to a question (the last of which took them two weeks to reply after me chasing after them, and the problem was not even a complex one). Also, the staff do not pay attention to the questions being raised. I take the time to explain my problem in detail (because I KNOW they will take time to reply) and then after waiting all this time, they ask me for something I said already. Also, sometimes they give pretty general answers that do not help you at all with your problem, further prolonging the waiting time…

    Sometimes they do help, of course. But, overall, I am very, very unhappy with their service and would advise you to really think it through before upgrading to the Pro version.

    Yes, please tell your team to pay attention to the emails. SO MUCH TIME is wasted going back and forth because they do not read carefully when I raise an issue.
