Support is Lagging

  • Though the plugin itself was not half-bad, but I faced some issues with the payment gateway setup for GF. Well, obviously I tried to contact the support team and faced what was frustratingly slow response. Sometimes, it took them couple of days to just update if they were still assisting me. Though it worked in the end for me, but it was more of a work-around from my mind rather than a clean patched up solution.

    So if you are looking for a solution that integrates payment system with forms, GF may not be the best bet.

    I am contacting you for some assistance on an issue I am having setting up my gravity form directory. I have a form that I have setup, but when I go to insert form on page desired, I am only seeing all my form fields listed as a search form, and not the tablular form directory as in the one presented on the video regarding this plug.

    I have made changes within the form fields under Directory on the gravity form, made changes to the advance setting on gravity form directory, yet I still get the same result when I insert the directory to page.

    Can you give me some assistance here as to how you accomplished setting up your directory? Am I missing something here? Thanks for your prompt reply. If anyone else would like to advise here, would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
