Support is non-existent!!! With serious mistakes!!!!! Don’t buy!!!

  • Even the previous version worked fine. After version 2.6.0 is with serious errors. There is no serious service channel. We pay for the Master Study theme that includes this plugin. It’s a shame!!! I regret having purchased such a product. I thought that North American companies were more serious than Brazilian ones. I’m disappointed!!!!

    I’m really sorry to hear that. We do have a support plaform for our premium themes. Please kindly be informed that in accordance with the forum rules we do not post here about the premium prodcuts https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products, so you need to submit a support ticket on support platform in accordance with the marketplace rules where we sell the themes, you have free 6-months support included. In case if you have a ticket already and didn’t receive any response, please provide your ticket ID so we could investigate the case, because we can not find any client with this username ‘alexandremarinsweb’ on our support platform nor in the comment section of the theme.
