    Why is your support working so hard to not address my issues? The tickets email answers are not dealing with my issue and continue to kick it back to me. One ticket acknowledged the issue, the rest saying there is no issue. Spoofed a staging URL with no GD install. Come on.

    This is really disappointing.

    Hi Jennifer,

    I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with our support. I will take over your ticket and go through it on Monday. We have purchased our own WP Engine hosting and will be able to test things there also to confirm where the issue is.

    Just FYI, the staging URL our team used was sent from your on the 5th, please check your emails to confirm.

    I promise this will be resolve on Monday if it’s something from our end ??

    Hi,

    Thank you.

    The staging email was sent to me this morning 4:34am EST –
    There is no GD install on my staging site.

    I have sent more information in response to my ticket.
