Support is seriously lacking

Having an issue with one of the Pro themes, yes I bought the plugin. The issue is, one of the player skins #4 is totally messed up with the height vs width ratio. I sent multiple request to support and have not heard back. It seems like a decent player, but without support it’s a 0.
