• Bought the premium version of this plugin. I was facing an issue, but support is terrible. It has been 6 months since my support request. Every time I get an answer they will look at it asap or come up with an excuse that something else is not working. Asked for refund, no response.

    Don’t buy the premium/pro version of the plugin!

    We always refunds in 14 days without any question. If you don’t like our product. We per our team research. You have some issue with your theme. Our plugin is not interpreting any action. We have already informed you via email. Thanks for you feedback.

    And like I replied nothing is wrong with the theme. I gave you all the information you need, including error codes. No reply on that, just some lame excuse. The issue you mentioned is working fine and no response to that.

    Also weird that you can respond here and not on my e-mail.
