Support is unresponsive

  • I bought this plugin for my website and it does not work as advertised.
    I wrote to their support and when I go to the Plugins area it is still unassigned after a week of receiving the ticket. I requested a refund and you can guess…no answer.
    Is this a scam plugin? Is “plugins area solutions” for WordPress in it too?

    Where can I report these companies? Someone?
