• Purchased this plugin for $100 up-front (PRO version) and entered the license key. Despite this, the PRO version did not activate – support responded after awhile but gave a vague, generic answer. I spent the a few hours trying to figure out what was wrong and it really set me off for the entire day. For the price, I was expecting better support.

    Hello @ethanrocker,

    I am sorry about the issues you were having with activating the license. As said in our email correspondence, some of the emails did not go through and we never received them, and I’ve sent you a screenshot of our correspondence.
    The answer that I gave you was the instruction on how to activate the license and after that message, you replied that the license is successfully activated. Once again I am sorry for the inconvenience and confusion but we are not able to answer the emails we never received.
